Purpose:
This Code of Conduct is established to ensure a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all participants โ players, coaches, parents, and officials. We are committed to promoting positive attitudes, fair play, and personal growth through youth flag football.
๐ For Players:

Show Respect
Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, and referees with respect โ on and off the field.

Play Fair
Follow the rules, play with integrity, and give your best effort at all times.

Practice Good Sportsmanship
Win with humility, lose with dignity. No trash talk, taunting, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Stay Safe
Use proper techniques, avoid rough play, and inform a coach of any injury or issue.

Be a Team Player
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Lead by Example
Model respectful, calm, and fair behavior at all times.

Prioritize Safety
Ensure all players are in proper condition and equipment, and understand the rules of safe play.

Encourage Development
Focus on skills, effort, and growth rather than just winning.

Communicate Clearly and Respectfully
Speak to players, officials, and parents in a positive and professional manner.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse or Bullying
Any form of bullying, verbal abuse, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

Show respect for all players, coaches, referees, and other parents.

Support Your Childโs Growth
Focus on effort, improvement, and fun โ not just results.

Let Coaches Coach
Refrain from giving instructions from the sideline during games and practices.

Do not argue with or harass referees. If concerns arise, bring them to the leagueโs attention respectfully.

Practice Good Sideline Behavior
Cheer positively and never shout at or criticize players (including your own).
